Requesting a Payout

Verification Before Your First Payout

Keeping Your Money and Data Safe
You are entering your credit card / wallet password on each page in an encrypted connection. Card information is sent directly to our payment gateways and not stored un-encrypted on our systems so you have to enter your security code each time instead of just clicking next on a saved page.

Do you charge anything on deposits or payouts?

What are the cashout limits for an unreserved account?
12 000 Kč per day, 85 000 Kč per week and 170 000 Kč per month. If you win more than this monthly ceiling, the excess remains in your account until the following period, as you continue to make withdrawal requests. The limits at VIP level are higher, so wins at that level are payout more quickly.
Why am I unable to make a withdrawal to a deposit method apart from the one that I have deposited with?
Anti money laundering rules require returning funds to their source up to the amount deposited. So if 5 000 Kč came in on a Mastercard, the first 5 000 Kč goes back there. Profit above that can go elsewhere. PaysafeCard and Neosurf are the exception since prepaid vouchers can’t receive money, and in that case we pay you through a bank transfer or an e-wallet you’ve verified.
My payment did not go through. What should I do now?
Always check that your account now holds the funds before trying again. A lot of declines are made at the bank – often because gambling merchants on Czech cards are usually blocked by default, or maybe your daily limit of spend has been exceeded. Calling your bank will often resolve it. If you are in a rush or can’t be bothered, then we suggest you could use an e-wallet or a PaysafeCard voucher. Is it possible to reduce my deposit limit mid-month?
